Individual In-Person Counselling
In-person counselling offers a dedicated, confidential space where you can be fully present and supported in exploring what’s happening in your life. One-to-one sessions allow for a personalised approach, tailored to your experiences, needs, and pace. Being in the same room together can help deepen connection, foster trust, and provide a sense of safety that supports meaningful reflection and change.

Working face-to-face gives the opportunity to notice not just thoughts and feelings, but also bodily sensations and relational patterns as they arise. This can be particularly helpful when working with anxiety, trauma, self-harm, or patterns in relationships, allowing insight and awareness to emerge in real time.
Sessions take place in a calm, welcoming environment designed to feel safe and supportive. You can speak freely, explore what matters most, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others with steady guidance and attunement.

Each session lasts 50 minutes. Before beginning regular therapy, we usually meet for an initial consultation to discuss what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to achieve. Ongoing sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly, depending on what feels most helpful for you.
If you’d like to see the space or discuss whether in-person counselling feels right for you, please get in touch for an initial consultation.
