Individual In-Person Counselling

In-person sessions offer a grounded, face-to-face space where you can explore what’s going on in your life with the support of a trained therapist. I work integratively, drawing on a blend of somatic therapy, attachment theory, and psychodynamic approaches. This means our work can include body awareness, relational patterns, and deeper emotional insight, always at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you.

Sessions take place in a peaceful, confidential setting, designed to feel calm and welcoming. The building is quiet and discreet, offering a comfortable space where you can speak freely and feel supported in your process.

Whether you're working through anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, or a sense of being stuck, in-person therapy can provide a consistent, containing environment for meaningful change.

If you’d like to see the space or talk through whether in-person counselling feels right for you, please do get in touch for an initial consultation.
