As a therapist specialising in relationships, low self-esteem, anxiety, and depression, I provide a safe and welcoming space for individuals and families to explore their emotions and experiences. Whether through online or in-person sessions, I use an integrative approach, often working with attachment theory, Transactional analysis as well as how early experiences have shaped your patterns of behaviour today. My goal is to help you understand yourself and your relationships better, and to support you in making positive changes in your life.
